Issues with our group on posting

It appears we are having some issues with posting and getting into our group-can you please check this out? I have several members who are trying for days to just sign in to post. It appears it is my group only that is having this issue and thank you, link is below

Have you checked your category settings?

I think Lovin means her forum lots of members say Group as that's how they see it.
we use the name forum.

@ Lovin when your members try and log in what is the warning they are getting ?

Please help by posting a screen shot if you can  and when they try and post what is the warning they are getting.

Also please ask your members to try the following steps.

• Clear the browser cache and cookies.
  
• Make sure they are accepting the cookies before logging i.
  
• What browsers are they using ? this may help us more as some updates may have been added that may give us problems.
  

As soon as we have this info we can try and work out what is going on as no one else has reported this.

What I mean is the members cannot log in-they are asked for username and login but when they try it doesn't let them log in and also I am showing this below on our threads for some reason--the blank like gray squares-and when I click on them they go to a members profile...I can't seem to take a screenshot of this-but below is the link to the thread I am talking about-you will see where the gray square

Ok I managed one--if you look inbetween the two postings you will see the grey box I am talking about-and how it is just a blank space there for some reason-and if you click on the icon on the far left hand side it leads to any member profile. I done it several times and have been lead to several different members and have no clue why this is doing that...

What is a test account? Never heard of it but if you like I can admit you into the group and then you can see the blank images coming on our page and it only leads to profiles so it has to do with the forumotion site

I just noticed it is in the pm mail as well--so this is really odd--here is a screen shot and it is where you see the gray in the middle of the reply threads--opps can't copy and paste in here for some reason-how do I show you the screen shot since it won't let me copy and paste it in here

Now other issues are coming up--at the bottom of our threads where we reply-we are getting this -- mp-email-site-engine ---this whole thing is a complete mess now.  What is going on here.  Please we need some help in getting this straightened out.  Each time I come back into the group there are more issues

One last plead for help here-the group is a real mess and I can't even pm anyone!!!!  I mean I own the group and I can't manage it even, I am vivid right now.  I hate to close it but it is no good to me or the members if I leave it like this-if someone please would check out my group we would all appreciate it. I will admit you  in so you can see what is going on  in here and thank you.  I am beyond being helpful to the members now

Go to admin panel and check your image’s urls , be sure they are not broken

Yes I am founder/owner.  I finally got it straightened out, and by gosh I have no clue how it all got so messed up anyways.  It started with members not being able to sign in, then with our threads being jumbled with different icons-a mess, a huge mess.  I finally got it straightened out by going into icons and seeing what was going on in there and took a chance with what I was doing since no one seemed to understand what i said or could understand my print out-I took care of the issue myself.  And sorry about the double postings

So the issue was broken images?

when you uploading images you must use our hosting system serving to avoid broken urls

They are being used but to no avail this time and I know of another group I was just in that is having the same issue, she is showing the grey squares in her pm mail as also problems with posting games.  Told her to contact support because I can't go into her system [not the manager] and also I pulled hair figuring out my own here.

Are you both using the same theme?

The other group uses a different layout than I do--and now I noticed that my icons on the skin are missing again-and this time for sure no one touched them.  Right at the very top--I really believe one of the admin in here should come into our group and check this  out so you will know what I am talking about-my link is below and I will let you in if you apply--well I am back to tell you that it is normal again--I have no clue what  is going on with forumotion but it has been wacky all week

Are those images uploaded with servimg?

Now I have no clue what you are asking me--really.  The icons came back.  No one touched them and they seem to be gone and then they come back when you come back in the group-now my one member was able to get back in with a new username.  We will ride this out and see what happens again but it appears I am  not the only group with some issues right now but it is up to management to handle this as I can only take care of my own group

I am no longer having issues though-I solved my group issues by myself..didn't seem like I could really get help in here.  You can close this if you want now-my issues are done.
