Description of problem

Hi please allow me to reinstate my domain name. due to coivd19, I forgot to buy credits and my domain name is not there any more. I dont know how to buy credits and reinstate the domain name.

do you have enough credits ? Domain name acquisition is only available for forums in or package

Hello Please PM me with your Email address and a link to this topic.

Once i have this i will ask our head office if the domain name is still live our end if it is then we can remove the credits from your account and then add your domain back for you.

Please note you Must have a live OR package installed on your forum before we can do this.

If problem really appeared last week, it would be OK, but your domain name expired on april 2^nd, more than 6 weeks ago and there is no chance Forumotion could still control that domain

Additionnally, domain was renewable since beginning of February, and i really doubt Covid19 prevented you to renew so early.

However, as you know, this is not my domain. can we reinstate my previous name by buying credits ? or do I have to go with the new one.

You must have the credits on your account before we try and add your domain name again

If yes then I will ask our head office to see if the domain name is still open to you.
