the other day i found out that forumation have removed google ads on the english boards, but i have them on my forum. is this a little problem or have you added them again so we have to pay for them to be removed

and by the way, that option has always been there, but when you try and disable all ads, it automatically goes back to "guest"

I would also suggest if your not wanting any ads in the future to buy points whenever you can this way you have them and can activate when they do announce they have to add the ads

I don't have the money to buy credits before i need them. I have even been waiting to see if i make any money before buying a domain.
I am not going to ask my husband for the money if there is no future in my site i need to know that first

I've asked people to send me the links-screens to any google ads content judged pornographic, so if you have some, send it to me, otherwise your post won't be of any use to help people out.

Did we miss my post third page in, my forum is displaying ads for dirty chat. which three clicks away is a shop full of sex products.

depends what you deem pornography though.

From my forum any child who uses the forum is three clicks away from seeing this stuff. stuff that if you tried to sell using paypal, paypal would suspend your sellers account.
these ads are still there



Click on the ad on my forum, goes to their front page, click on start now button, and there you have "naughty shop" top of the page....
im really not going to post more pics of what anybody can see three clicks from a topic on my forum.

Taking the ads off as you described before in the general tab in the admin panel, simply doesnt work, it just defaults back to guest. the ads dont go.

how can forumotion allow pornographic adds to be placed on forums when forumotions TOS states there in no pornography allowed on your forum?
technically by forumotion allowing these porn adds to be there and it is already on your forum.

FORUMOTION is in VIOLATION of there own TOS . it seems illegal for forumotion to allow or do this. so they can do it. but we cant? (what a joke)

Its not working...all they did was change it which allows you to click on allow all ads.

Just checked...its now says activate ads...there isnt a option to take them away

There will be always ads for guests unless you pay, but checking "guests" will deactivate them for all members.

Well after seeing a prono chat room ad and a children bedwetting ad on my dungeons and dragons site, I paid the 2,000 credits and ads are still there for guests.

And no email was sent to me stating that 2000 credits were deducted.

I validate them manually only because we need to avoid displaying the ads on illegal forums, that would make our google account closed.
It's no question of activity, just of content.

I can add also that all forums older than a month are checked and are validated if their content is legit.
