[Only-Topic] why have i got google ads on my forum?

First topic message reminder :

the other day i found out that forumation have removed google ads on the english boards, but i have them on my forum. is this a little problem or have you added them again so we have to pay for them to be removed

Hey Typlo if our members are getting no ads for free why is that option still in the ads thing when we go to buy ads to get removed for guests

If we are not paying anymore for our members can this go then.

As long as they stay were only Guest can see them I'm fine with it, I just don't want it like other free forums were everybody can see them on every page.

Yea but the option is still there to remove ads for members we don't have to do this anymore as our members get ads free

So this option should be removed.

I have ads of forumotion showing up when i click on a keyword from the keyword widget.
Its annoying to see these ads on top of the posts. What should i do?
A few times i saw ads by google as well.
Whenever i use the search option as well, i see those ads. What is the problem??

I had turned it off earlier. Now i am using phpbb3, n can't seem to find the option to disable the ads. Do you know where it is?

For the first time a few weeks ago, I too noticed google ads showing up on our log in page and I wondered about it.

Is there an option to remove that in the admin panel on phpbb3 ?

Ads can't be removed without paying Wink

Admin Panel => Misc => Credits Management
their you can buy credits and, with those, remove the Ads from your forum for X months Wink

Do these ads appear on every forum? Or only when it reaches a certain size?

Just noticed google ad bar has been added to my forum today, about a month after we started the forum

I don't have them, but at least the ads are for the specific type of forum you have, at least the ads aren't selling dvds for a music forum or Sport stuff for a movie forum.
