Maintenance on new servers

For people getting Error 500 (Server error), it's most commonly to do with your templates.
The solution is to simply republish the template overall_header_new

I am using the same template as the support forum:

Maintenance in progress : Refresh Return to index

We are actually proceeding a maintenance and will be back in a few minutes.

Its been constant over the days and its the only part that doesn't respond.

My forum's gallery images are not loading.

On my forum ,i see only logo[banner] and navigatons bar, don't see any category or topic

Stated to get notifications of new posts/reply's now and everything seem to be running fine and very fast

the only but i have now is that when in firefox the Emotes are working Fine but when going to the site in Internet Explorer they have gone and only get a box where the Emote was and a red X on it like this
This was only a problem when we got this update.
Please could i have this fixed

My forums been running fine all morning and now back at square one and experiencing all the problems of the weekend, really dissapointed with all this, i could understand a few teething problems but this is the fourth day with no solution in site by the looks of things.

I don't think this is very accurate ONLY A FEW slowdowns

I am in the middle of creating a site to transfer my members here from proboards, is this going to be resolved soon ?

Good thing I didn't release the new forum url yet.

I really hope this problem gets fixed fast. The gallery image not loading is really causing great inconvenience to thousands of my visitors.

The forum also keeps getting offline once in a while.

I am now testing it and so far, all I have noticed is that my links in BBC in my calendar do NOT show up as links in my previews.

Glad yours is, not been able to get on mine or this support forum for the last 20 mins. Seriously now is there no one around here capable of giving there users a good honest answer of what is going on. The initial statement about this maintenance has got to go down as the greatest understatement ever. 4 days later and still the same problems persist.

Somebody just let us know if this will be fixed anytime soon or let us know if we can expect this to be ongoing for another day or 2.

I am still having problems with my forum... I keep having general error shown and its quite fustrating esp when it takes more than 2-3 mins of loading and then it show error and I have to reload or re-modified what I have modified earlier and was lost during the loading.. When will this be solved?

I hate to add to this ever growing list of complaints but when you have lots of members moaning about having to repost long posts or not being able to access the forum it gets to you after a while. Our forum is running faster which is great but we do still keep getting white screens and then it takes an age to actually get back on. It would be really helpful if we could just have another update so we can tell our members that all will be well in a few hours or days. Thank you!

My forum goes between fast and slow and on another forum I visit the chat lags when the site isn't. My forum also will suddenly be loading then say it can't load the page. I noticed for about 10 minutes all the forums I went to where done. I do not mean to complain but when will this end? When will we start to see the results of this "new server"?

My sentiments entirely. Four days of the forum going on and off every 10 minutes is wayyyy beyond the joke. Come on Forumotion, update your "paying" customers. Even for the ones that dont pay, its bad customer services.
An official post from someone in the know would only take 5 minutes.

We lost all our pics in the gallery and all the extra smileys we added.
The site is very slow and sometimes the site doesn't load. This afternoon the site was offline for almost an hour.

I have now lost a further 3 members who said that my forum was a joke, they have been trying to get on for 2 days, and I have also lost 2 new members who have registered and they are getting messages to say they don't exist and they need to register? whats going on? can we please have an update

I'm in a similar position. This is a joke full stop. Simply coming on telling us not to complain is rubbish. This has been going on and on and on.
