Additional information to be provided in case of redirections

1. Open Google Chrome and clean the cache and history.
2. Open a new tab.
3. Inspect the item, go into Network and verify that Record netwok log is active.



4. Fill in the URL http://toto.forumactif.org/h125- and validate to load the page content.
5. All page requests are saved in Network tab.
6. If a forced redirection has not occurred, click Clear and try again.



7. If a forced redirection has occurred, right-click any log line > Copy > Copy all as HAR.



8. Paste into a text file and joint it tou your post in this topic

Note: This can be used in case of redirection on PC as on mobile or tablet. The only difference is that you can not do the indicated operations on mobile devices. So you must simulate a mobile device on Chrome via Toogle Device ToolBar and start from step 4.

My page has been the victim of a spam redirection hack..someone has placed coding on the main page(s) which when my traffic routes into the forum they are redirected to the sites that someone has chosen for them to view.

actually I think I solved it.. I closed down guest ads links that were underlined..and I'm not having an issue with this anymore

I get this problem too in my forum, especially when users access forum via mobile, and it's very annoying, the impact will decrease the visitor (especially the new visitor that came from search engine like Google, etc).and I hope Forumotion can fixed this problem immediately.

I am not sure how to get the photos up on my computer; but these are what we get redirected to.

If someone could help me remove this it would be greatly appreciated. Any instructions you give me as to removing any coding or anything etc. Please be specifc as to what exactly I am to do and how - I am somewhat a novice to it.

Dear Support Forum God People.

You are our only hope!

We are getting redirects all the time on phone again. As in, i literally can't even load our forum anymore because it redirects me 100% of the time to all sorts of dumb ads... including many sites that are blocked in my country for illegal gambling... I have provided a URL to our forum, a whole ton of links to redirects, and a gallery with screenshots of the redirects. Many bothans died to bring us this information, and i must say, it is incomplete. I keep reloading our forum, and i just keep getting newer and newer redirects...
Note: it happens only on phone, with the PC version.

Emergency solution until this is resolved: as soon as you see the proper page mostly loaded, tell your browser to stop loading.

Hello, since yesterday afternoon everyone on the forum is complaining of being redirected to ad pages when they go on the forum. When I stop the refreshing and stop the loading before things load I can stay on the forum, but it's in matter of seconds that everyone's redirected. I use the Safari browser on IPhone and most of my friends and fellow users use Android;

Hello again. So the problem I had had earlier involving mobile devices being redirected to some kind of virus scare thing has come back, for both myself and other users.

So far, it's just for the one site-- http://elementorum.forumotion.com/ and does not present itself when I visit another forumotion site I frequent. And I would post a screen cap, however when the problem occurs I also get a pop-up from the phone itself that makes getting out to the home screen difficult, never mind getting a picture.

Personally I've been using a Samsung phone and using the chrome browser, if either of those help. This is a problem that has left both the users of the site and myself frustrated, and I would very much appreciate it if a solution could be reached.
