I think I got signed up to the Advanced Forum By Mistake
I just bought some more credits for my Group.I thought I was putting them in my FREE Forum, NOT the Advanced or Premium..I cannot afford those fees monthly.
I just want the FREE Forum with no ads and that's what I thought I was doing. Can you fix where I put the 4440 credits? I didn't mean to use them in the first place.Since I had my stroke, I am a bit confused and that area has NEVER been very clear to me like it used to be when I first came over from PB.
Please let me know when you get me back to STRICTLY FREE Service?

If you want to remove ads, you have to have an advanced or a premium package. Also monthly payments are only through a PayPal account, not forum's credits. Credits are only use for the yearly payment method.

You can tell what package you have by looking at the top left corner of the AP.

[center]OK, so do the 2000 credits I just purchased thru PayPal yesterday put me into the Advanced Program and 740 credits were used for a year of no ads thru the Forum?
I am trying to understand what purchasing gives me NO ADS for A YEAR thru the Forum CREDITS.

Okay I can help you here.
If you buy credits you have to buy at least an advanced package and use the sliders to remove the ad's like in this video.
To pay every Month you will need to use a payment plan with paypal
The payment will come out of your account every month.
If you stop the payment's then your account will laps and your ad's and package will return to FREE
again and your ad's will come back.
you can not just remove ad's without a package deal.
